Many people apply this rule to apply what they consider to be their reality: “Too much work and not enough play makes Johnny a poor man. ” They justify it works all the time, with some holidays and some free time. When they retire, they have a problem because they did not show a good balance between work and leisure.
Leisure and you can charge you more motivated and focused at work. However, many small businesses with a strong work ethic to be considered in planning for leisure as a luxury they can not afford. free time is often
one of the areas that have been neglected or forgotten. It is an important aspect of our lives. Leisure gives us every chance to recharge, rejuvenate and get the energy to work well we do.
Have you ever experienced “flow”? Flow is an energy that I experienced as very electric, creative and permanent. I love being in the flow. I am able to do much. I share my passion more. And I think that I contact with people easily. Recreation is one of the ways I get with the flow when I get out of the flow. Take time for me and for leisure, I should, my energy and passion. Each of these benefits on all aspects of my life. Leisure, however, a part of our lives that will be on hold. We do not have time to focus on ourselves or our families.
